WE take pleasure in presenting to our readers the official report of the case of President McKinley. Though the report is complete and very thorough, the exact cause of death is not clear. Our knowledge of wounds of the suprarenal capsules and of the pancreas is somewhat limited, and a fair estimate of the part played by the wounds of these two organs cannot be formed. Perhaps this fact will act as a stimulus to experimentation in this direction.
