     Nearly all of the English electrical journals make sympathetic reference to the assassination of President McKinley. Some of these tributes are couched in terms particularly warm and touching, and all breathe a spirit of sincere and deep regret. We are sure that these condolences are animated by the real regard of kinsmen, striving together sometimes, but always with an underlying stratum of mutual respect. As such they are highly appreciated by the electrical fraternity of the United States.
