Insane Over President
Augustus N. Newall, 17 years old, is held at No. 1 Precinct Station pending an examination as to his sanity. His home is in Bradford, Pa., and he was taken from an incoming train, which he was terrorizing by brandishing a revolver. His hallucination is that he is the avenger of President McKinley and he started from his home to kill those who had failed to prevent the assassination. His insanity is thought to be but temporary.
