FOREIGN.
GREAT BRITAIN.—King Edward has directed that the court wear mourning a week in memory of President McKinley. Last Sunday in all the churches of England and in the English churches at Copenhagen, Moscow and other places on the Continent, suitable and touching reference to his death was made. All foreign rulers have sent messages of sympathy to Mrs. McKinley.
