Was Known in Saratoga
James B. Parker, who figured so prominently at the attempted assassination of President McKinley on Friday last, is quite well known in Saratoga. Until on Sunday, September 1, Parker was in the employ of T. C. Luther, as a waiter at the White Sulphur Hotel. He left there to go to Buffalo where he expected to secure employment in one of the restaurants on the Exposition grounds, which he did.
