We exclude the Chinese from the United States. Why not exclude the anarchists? The yellow man of the East is not wanted for economic reasons principally. He is far from being as bad as the anarchist. He does not conspire to assassinate our presidents. The anarchists should be shut out from our shores, or rather as many of them as possible.
