President Roosevelt has entered upon his duties with energy, calmness and discretion. He solemnly announces that he will follow the national policies inaugurated by his immediate predecessor. The business world as well as the political has the highest confidence in the ability, the integrity and the patriotism of President Roosevelt. There will be no panic or business disturbance, and while the people of this country will mourn their loss, yet they never for a moment lose faith in our government by the people or lose confidence in the future prosperity of our great Republic.
