[MANILA TIMES Special Telegram.]

LONDON, September 20.—Included in the funeral procession of the late President McKinley were Mr. Roosevelt, members of the Cabinet, the civic, military, social and commercial organizations.
At the grave side the simple Methodist burial service was read and the ceremony was touching in the extreme.
Immense crowds turned out to pay their last respects to the martyred President.
Business was suspended for the day throughout the whole of the United States.
