Compares Czolgosz to Judas

LONDON TIMES—NEW YORK TIMES
Special Cablegram.

LONDON, Sept. 17.—A dispatch to The Times from Odessa says a feeling of deepest sympathy with Mrs. McKinley and the people of the United States is everywhere manifested.
