President’s Doctors Criticized by Frenchmen

SPECIAL CABLE TO THE POST EXPRESS.

Paris, Sept. 20.—The “Echo de Paris” prints an exhaustive review of President McKinley’s case from a medical standpoint. The paper declares that the doctors lost their heads or else fooled the people. It says the operation was absurd and that the surgeons left the third orifice unsutured.
