IN enumerating the virtues of President Roosevelt, it should not be forgotten that only a short time ago he preached two lay sermons on the same Sabbath in a Western city. He is a member of the Dutch Reformed Church, and, from what we can gather, is as “strenuous” a Christian as he is a worker. It means a great deal to a country to have rulers who are out-and-out Christians.
