Of all the crimes charged against the Negro. [sic] we can point with pride to he [sic] fact, that the race h[?] no anarchist[.] The loyalty of the Negro to his country is indelibly stamped in history and the brave, heroic conduct of Park. [sic] in saving the life of President McKinley. [sic] is but typlcal [sic] of the race’s fealty in times of trouble[.]
