[Mynter, H.]

     Mynter, H., M. D., Buffalo, was born in Denmark, September 2, 1845, and in 1864 entered the university at Copenhagen and was graduated in 1871, and for three years acted as assistant surgeon in the Royal Danish Navy and in the Common Hospital. In May, 1875, he came to America and settled in Buffalo, where he began the practice of his profession. In 1882 he was surgeon in the Buffalo General Hospital, and from 1888 professor of surgery at the Niagara University, and surgeon to Sisters of Charity Hospital. Dr. Mynter is a member of the American Medical Association, and also of the Erie County Medical Association, New York State Medical Society, president of the Buffalo Academy of Medicine, etc.
