Southwestern Iowa Teachers’ Association [excerpt]

THURSDAY EVENING.

The Eighth Annual Meeting was formally opened in the Auditorium of the High School building.
The wall back of the rostrum was draped with several flags of the republic, while a large portrait of the martyred McKinley looked down from its frame. Roses and chrysanthemums decorated the center of the rostrum.
