J P, the stalwart Negro who tried to save the life of President McKinley, during the Pan-American Exposition at Buffalo, when he was assassinated by the anarchist Czolgosz, has recently suffered a serious impairment of his mental faculties, to the regret of the friends of the brave Negro, who will make arrangement for his care for the future.
