Church Life in Many Fields [excerpt]
McKinley Memorial Church
A church in memory of William McKinley was recently dedicated in Poland, Ohio, his boyhood home. The new church was erected on the site formerly occupied by the Methodist Episcopal Church. He joined when he was fourteen years of age. The old church was torn down a year ago. Among those who contributed to the building of the new church was Mrs. McKinley. There are a number of memorial windows in the church, one of them being for William McKinley. The pipe organ was given by Andrew Carnegie, who volunteered the gift.
