Another circumstance in connection with the life of the would-be assassin of President McKinley, develops, which throws some light upon a time when it was certain that the man’s family resided in this city. Miss Victoria Koni[?]czny was born in this city 21 year [sic] ago[,] her family still residing here. At her christening Leon Czolgosz’s mother who since died, acted as godmother. At that time, Czolgosz’s family resided in a house on the present site of the court house.
