Honor Jim Parker
Editor Evening News.
I want to say a few words of praise in behalf of Jim Parker, who so gallantly helped to save the life of our esteemed and noble President, William McKinley, and I hope you will allow me a little space. I say while the Pan-Am. people are searching for souvenirs let them have one of Jim Parker, the hero of the Pan-Am., and let the Buffalo people do their part as well as the people at Washington, and when the Southern people come to visit the Pan-American they can carry home with them a souvenir of a hero, one of their race and encourage others to brave deeds when the opportunity affords a chance.
MRS. W. F. C.
