Saw McKinley Assassination
(Special to Inter Mountain.)
Big Timber, Nov. 2.—Mr. and Mrs. Charles N. Sargent and little son have returned from an extended visit at Mr. Sargent’s old home near Augusta, Me. Three brothers of Mr. Sargent’s were also at home visiting, whom he had not seen for several years. During their absence Mr. and Mrs. Sargent attended the exposition at Buffalo, and were present on that eventful day when McKinley was shot. They were standing about 20 feet distant when the fatal shot was fired.
