Anarchists Can Be Expelled
New York, Sept. 10.—Justice McAdam, of the New York supreme court, gives the opinion that Emma Goldman and other anarchists who are naturalized can be expelled from the country on the ground that they have sworn falsely, in that they have obtained certificates of citizenship by fraud in testifying that they are attached to the principles of government and would support its constitutional laws.
