J J C, in his instructions to the Franklin County Grand Jury, stated in substance that the Republicans were in a great measure responsible for the assassination of President MK, because of the precedent established in Kentucky in protecting the slayer of W G. Mister “Judge” J C himself appears to be somewhat of a political stump-speaker from the Bench.
