JUDGE JAMES CANTRILL, in his instructions to the Franklin County Grand Jury, stated in substance that the Republicans were in a great measure responsible for the assassination of President MCKINLEY, because of the precedent established in Kentucky in protecting the slayer of WILLIAM GOEBEL. Mister “Judge” JEEMS CANTRILL himself appears to be somewhat of a political stump-speaker from the Bench.
