Last Signature of William M’Kinley [excerpt]
What is believed to be the last signature of William McKinley is to be seen in the “Visitor’s Book” at one of the power houses at Niagara Falls. He signed his name there September 6, 1901, about two hours before he was shot by Czolgosz in the Exposition grounds at Buffalo.
