IF, INSTEAD of lynching some crazed and irresponsible negro or harmless Chinaman, the American people would go after the anarchists who prowl about seeking to bring to an untimely grave those who control the nation’s destinies, it would be a good thing. We are not in favor of ever lynching a criminal, but some people are, and to those we say if you must slaughter somebody in order to quench your thirst for blood, why go after the people who need execution.
