Theodore Roosevelt entered upon the Presidency
on the afternoon of the 14th inst. at Buffalo. He was born in New York City
in 1858, and is the youngest of the Presidents of the United States. At his
request the members of the Cabinet retain their positions for the present.
Emma Goldman and Johann Most, Anarchist leaders,
have been arrested, the former in Chicago, the latter in New York City.
