He Attempted to Save McKinley
Atlantic City, N. J.—James Parker, who attempted to save the life of President McKinley by striking the arm of Czolgoz as the latter fired the fatal shot at the president is in jail here a raving maniac. Parker was taken in charge by the police Friday and will be commited [sic] to an asylum.
