Bulletin Received by General Chaffee Shows That the Crisis Is
Over.—
A Speedy Recovery May Now Be Looked For.
The welcome news was received in Manila this morning that the bulletins issued by the physicians from the bedside showed the President’s health to be continually improving. His life is now out of danger and a speedy recovery may be looked for. The following cable was received by General Chaffee this morning:—
