Yellow Journalism has attained its savage ambition—the assassination of one who, by virtue of his lofty office, represents the very essence of all that Yellow Journalism and Anarchy hate—authority, government and law. At the door of the New York Journal and its kind shall the people of the United States lay the atrocious crime against William McKinley, President of the United States.
