Notes |
The cartoon (below) also appears in the 26 September 1901 issue of
the Wabasha County Herald (Wabasha, MN), wherein it is accompanied
with the following statement: “This cartoon is the work of our former
townsman, Dr. Frank Kuehn, now of Primghar, Iowa, and first appeared in
the Bell, of that place. Dr. Kuehn has, during the past year, produced
many cartoons, all very expressive. It must not be thought he has abandoned
his profession. He pays close attention to it, and does his cartoon work
at odd times.”
