Terry M’Govern to Buy the Milburn Residence
In Buffalo, Where President McKinley Died.
THE PRICE IS $45,000
Buffalo, N. Y., April 21.—Terry McGovern is said to negotiating [sic] for the purchase of the John G. Milburn residence on Delaware avenue [sic], where President McKinley died. He has arranged to look the place over tomorrow and if satisfied will be willing to pay the price asked, $45,000. “Terrible Terry,” asked Agent Albert E. Jones if he thought the neighbors would object if he bought the property but was re-assured on this score by the agent.
