Herr Most’s Wail

One year
without beer.
Oh, dear!
Curse the fate that brought me here,
To this drear,
Queer
And un-anarchistic hole.
Not a single bowl?
O dole!
Upon my soul,
I shake with fear.
No beer?
I’ll die in here!
Oh, bitterly I rue it.
Oh, gosh,
Schollgosh,
Why did you do it?
