James Parker in Washington
James Parker, the colored man who threw himself upon Czolgolz after the latter had shot President McKinley at the Buffalo Fair, arrived in Washington yesterday morning. Parker has been making a lecture tour of the Southern States, having visited Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia, and Arkansas in his itinerary. He leaves Washington on Saturday to make a tour through the Middle West.
