Social and Personal [excerpt]
Mr. and Mrs. Lyman H. Tillotson have returned from Buffalo, where they visited the Pan-American. Mr. Tillotson was near the Temple of Music at the time the President was shot, and he saw the carriage in which the assassin was hurriedly driven away; it attracted his attention, though he did not know till a few minutes later the reason for the furious driving.
