Goes to the G. A. R. Encampment Today.
Buffalo, N. Y., Sept. 10.—(Spl.)—At 10:20 Elmer Dover, secretary to Senator Mark Hanna came out of the Milburn house and announced that the Senator will leave for Cleveland Friday morning at 10:25. Abner McKinley, Mrs. Norman Baer and Canton relatives and friends of the President arrived at the house.
