Nothing on Which to Base One, Says Carlton E. Ladd of His Counsel
Buffalo, Sept. 25—“No appeal is to be taken for Czolgosz, even for form’s sake,” said Carlton E. Ladd, of counsel for the assassin, this morning. “The demurrer was flawless. There was no error in the trial, and no exceptions were taken on which to base an appeal.”
