Loafed While at Ft. Wayne
Well Supplied with Money and Anarchical Literature.
FT. WAYNE, Ind., September 25.—The police have discovered that Leon Czolgosz spent a week in this city in the early part of June, at the time when his family seem to have lost sight of him. He made his headquarters in Samuel Errington’s barber shop, in South Calhoun street [sic]. He seemed to have plenty of money, and spent his time explaining anarchical doctrines whenever he could find any one [sic] willing to listen. He was well supplied with anarchical literature, which he distributed. While here he went under the name of Louis Neimann.
