James Parker in Washington

James Parker, the colored man who threw himself upon Czolgolz after th[e] latter had shot President McKinley at the Buffalo Fair, arrived in Washington yesterday morning. Parker has been making a lecture tour of the Southern States, having visited Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia, and Arkansas in his itinerary. He leaves Washington on Saturday to make a tour through the Middle West.
