A
the Iowa Railway Surgeons’ convention held in Des Moines, Ia., the surgeons refused to adopt the resolution indorsing [sic] the course pursued by Dr. Mann and the assisting physicians who attended President McKinley after his assassination. The resolution was drawn up by Dr. E. O. Plumb, of Rock Rapids, Ia., at the suggestion of Dr. C. G. Cottam, also of Rock Rapids, president of the association.
