Buffalo Attorney Says He Would Have Nothing to Do with the Case.

It was widely reported last night that negotiations were about closed to retain Philip V. Fennelly to defend Czolgosz.
Mr Fennelly said that he had been approached six times on the question, but that no such negotiations were in progress and that he would have nothing to do with the case.
