A Texas observer of politics and baseball manages to express his opinion of Theodore Roosevelt by sending Collier’s Weekly the following baseball nine:

From a baseball point of view, comments Collier’s, the efficiency of this nine may be questioned, but it leaves no doubt about our Texas friend’s judgment of the ex-President.
