Tarred and Feathered
A Sympathizer of Czolgosz Roughly Handled.
Casper, Wyo., Sept. 11.—Hans Wagner, who is said to have expressed sympathy with Czolgosz, was to-day tarred and feathered and ridden out of town on a rail. He was warned that if he should return he would be lynched.
