Petition in Favor of Czolgosz
Oswego, Sept. 26.—Dr. Mary Walker is seeking signers to a petition asking Governor Odell to commute the sentence of Czolgosz, the assassin of President McKinley, to life imprisonment, in the hope that he will divulge the details of a plot against the president.
