Were Worried About Czolgosz’ [sic] Executor
Has Been Missing and, Just When Suspicions Were Aroused, Turns Up.
Rochester, April 21.—Friends in this city of
E. F. Davis, the man who electrocuted Czolgosz, are wondering where he is. Shortly
after he performed the execution of Czolgosz in Auburn prison, he disappeared
and has not since been heard from.
He had received many threatening letters from
anarchists and it is feared that he may have met with foul play.

Albany, N. Y., April 21.—Superintendent of Prisons Collins has received a letter from Electrician Davis who was reported missing. He is at his home on Long Island with his wife.
