Twelve expert insanity doctors have just made their official report and declare that Czolgosz was sane, a proposition which no sane man ever doubted. The value of such a report just at this time is not apparent. But it is apparent that if the spokesman of the twelve, Dr. Carlos McDonald, knows no more about medicine than he does about anarchy, as exhibited in his injected essay on the subject, he should write himself down an ass and quit.
