     A group of anarchists have established headquarters at 84 Orchard street [sic], New York City. A picture of Czolgosz hangs in this clubroom. A card attached to the portrait reads, “In reverence to his memory.” Another picture is that of the assassin of Prime Minister Canovas, of Spain. On the table is a pile of the pamplets [sic], “Roosevelt, Czolgosz and Anarchy.” An inscription on the wall in Hebrew denounces religion, ministers, priests, governments and all forms of authority as fakes and fakers. There are pictures of Bresci, the assassin of King Humbert, of John Most and of the Haymarket anarchists who were hanged at Chicago. These blatant fellows who advertise themselves so ostentatiously and vaingloriously will never hurt anybody. They belong to the Herr Most “jawsmith” anarchist tribe. The fellows to be feared are those who belong to the class of unsuspected anarchists who never announce their faith until they have revealed it by some awful, unexpected deed of murder.
